Melons…..

Summer in Morocco is melon time!! I love the sight of the giant mounds of green and yellow melons everywhere. This year the sellers seem a bit more organised and have set up little stalls in our local town. This is far better than being parked along the highway in their pick ups!
Now, I posted a melon amuse-bouche earlier this year, but on this lovely summery day, there was only one way these were going to be eaten!!!
