We have a house at (I'm almost sure) the spot where you were. It is next to Canda Laguna and called Paradise Palms. Our place overlooks Lake Canda. It is such a special place and the locals are such wonderful people. Can't wait to visit again in December. Thanks for the Pau recipe, will try it this weekend!If you ever drive through Xai Xai you must visit the bakery they have the most incredible custard and coconut tarts! To die for.
